Identification of the service provider<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>The luggage storage service is provided by the owner of the website, domiciled in Valencia (Spain), who makes available to users smart lockers located at her physical premises.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The technological system for bookings, access control and operational management is integrated through an external platform owned by MEGABLOK S.A.U. (CommunityLocker), which acts as a technology provider.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The luggage storage service is contracted exclusively with the owner of the establishment, MEGABLOK acting solely as a technological infrastructure provider.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Purpose of the service<br\/><\/h3>\n\n<p>The service consists of the temporary rental of smart lockers for the storage of luggage during the contracted period through the online booking system integrated into the website.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Contracting process<\/h3>\n\n<p>Reservations are made by completing the form available on the platform integrated into the website.<\/p>\n\n<p>The user shall:<br\/><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the locker size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicate the period of use.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the required personal data.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete payment via a secure payment gateway.<br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Upon confirmation of payment, the user will receive an email containing the access details and booking confirmation.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Price<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. The amount payable shall be that indicated at the time of booking.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Rules of use<\/h3>\n\n<p>The user agrees to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use the locker exclusively for luggage storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not store dangerous, flammable, toxic, illegal, or prohibited items under current regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not store items valued over \u20ac300 per locker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that the door is properly closed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect luggage within the contracted period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prohibited Items<\/h3>\n\n<p>It is expressly prohibited to store:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dangerous or flammable substances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal or prohibited material under the law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Animals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash, jewelry, or items of exceptional value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Late Collection and Abandonment<\/h3>\n\n<p>In case of collection outside the contracted period, additional charges may apply according to current rates.<\/p>\n\n<p>If luggage is not collected after prior notice, it may be considered abandoned, allowing the service provider to proceed with its opening in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Liability<\/h3>\n\n<p>The service provider is liable for loss, theft, or damage to stored luggage up to a maximum of \u20ac300 per locker.<\/p>\n\n<p>No liability will be accepted for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prohibited items stored in violation of these conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from improper use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure or causes beyond reasonable control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failures in user devices or internet connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p>When the user qualifies as a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of booking, unless the service has begun with their express consent before the end of that period.<\/p>\n\n<p>Once effective use of the locker has begun, the right of withdrawal will not apply.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Assistance<\/h3>\n\n<p>There is a customer support service available via email and WhatsApp, the contact details of which are provided on the website.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Force majeure<\/h3>\n\n<p>The provider shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to force majeure events, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, widespread power outages, legal restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h3>\n\n<p>These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the courts and tribunals of Valencia shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations establish a different competent jurisdiction. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Video surveillance<\/h3>\n\n<p>The premises where the lockers are located are equipped with a video surveillance system for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of individuals, property and facilities.<\/p>\n\n<p>The images captured shall be processed by the service provider, acting as data controller, on the basis of its legitimate interest in maintaining security.<\/p>\n\n<p>Recordings shall be retained for a maximum period of 30 days, unless they must be kept for a longer period due to a request from competent authorities or in the event of incidents requiring their preservation as evidence.<\/p>\n\n<p>The images shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or pursuant to a judicial or police request.<\/p>\n\n<p>Data subjects may exercise their data protection rights in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
